PAST EVENTS
KNOW ENOUGH INDIAN HISTORY
The Program involves one weekly online class of 90 minutes, followed by self-study assignments (content will be provided), one daily online quiz (5 to 10 questions; approx. 10 minutes), and project work (usually team work that they would do during the week in small groups). Overall, it would be a commitment of about 6-8 hours per week during the program.
In addition, there will also be a few optional events along the program, such as a hearing a guest speaker and watching a historical movie as a group.
GĪTĀ JAYANTĪ 2020
On occasion of Gītā Jayantī (Mokshadā Ekādashī, 25 Dec 2020), we are conducting a 5-day program for children to learn Gītā Ekadashini: a selection of 11 shloka-s from Shrimad Bhagavad Gita.
1 hour daily from 25 to 29 December Two time slots:-9 AM East / 7:30 PM India-7:30 PM East / 6 AM India
DIPAVALI 2020 CELEBRATION
Children from many parts of the world come together to have a fun-filled Diwali week. Contests to showcase talents like art, poetry, fiction writing, playing games and quizzes, workshops on traditional Diwali art and crafts, and together doing the Lakshmi Pujan with the Vaidika scholars.
DEVI ARADHANA 2020
This Navaratri children study Saptashloki-Durga of Saptashati Devi-Mahatmya from scholars, and learn performing Devi Aradhana.

ROOTED IN DHARMA SUMMER CAMP
The 4-week program is designed as fun and learn summer camp focusing on teaching dharma based values to the elementary school children. The program includes one class every weekend, and during the week twice a week intern led play-and-learn sessions and fun projects.
